As Skin Anarchy's editorial and product catalogs grew, the team needed to manage content, products, sponsors, and reporting without ongoing developer involvement.
I built a Next.js back office that hands non-technical staff full control: rich-text authoring with React Quill, bulk Top Picks ingestion from CSV/Excel with validation, role-based staff management, an analytics dashboard on the Google Analytics Data API and Recharts, an image-processing pipeline, AI tooling via OpenAI, and a tech-support ticketing system.
One dashboard for content authoring, bulk product management, sponsor and staff administration, and live analytics — removing ongoing developer involvement from day-to-day operations.
